The ground floor is accessible to customers with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. The Box Office, café bar, kiosk, toilets and Screens 1, 2 and 3 are located on the ground floor.There are wheelchair spaces in four of the five screens (six in Screens 1 and 2, four in Screens 3 and 4). We have a lift for access to all other levels from the ground floor. Our café bar has adapted counters for wheelchair users.
Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat. Our staff will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog. Large-print film schedules are available on request. We offer audio description for most screenings, and headsets are available to borrow
Induction loop systems are fitted in each of the four auditoria. To access the system, you will need to turn your hearing aid to the T position. Certain performances carry subtitles and these are clearly indicated in the programme. We offer weekly subtitled screenings where possible
Blue-badge holders are permitted to park on disabled parking spaces on Tottenham Lane
There are wheelchair-accessible adapted toilets on every floor. There is an alarm cord inside should you need to call a member of staff
